When will I receive the RTO receipt?

Once your file is submitted, it generally takes us around 15 days to share the RTO receipt with you.

Please note that we initiate the RC transfer process only after the return period (5 days post-delivery of the car) gets over. Also, not all RTO offices provide RTO receipts in India. Please contact our support for further information.
