To ensure that the RC gets transferred on time to the end buyer, we hold some amount from the seller. This amount is released after the seller completes the OTP/Party Peshi process when called upon by the RTO office or after 180 days from procurement whichever occurs first.
Please note: The hold amount release is subject to the seller’s cooperation in OTP/Party Peshi.

i have sold my Tata nano on 26th Dec 2024 i still not recieved my holding amount of 10000/- how long i have to wait to get it back? What is the timeline for RC transfer? Its been almost 3 months no response from anyone
