To ensure that the RC gets transferred on time to the end buyer, we hold some amount from the seller. This amount is released after the seller completes the OTP/Party Peshi process when called upon by the RTO office or after 180 days from procurement whichever occurs first.
Please note: The hold amount release is subject to the seller’s cooperation in OTP/Party Peshi.

I have provided the necessary otp to spinnys assigned person 15 days ago. The person Mr Harvinder told me that he car is sold in Punjab .But nothing further update recd. How much time this will take to refund my amount Rs 3000 and to transfer the car from my name to spinnys buyer.
