Steps to claim your refund
Once you have initiated the request to return your car -
- A Spinny team member will reach out to you to understand your concerns, register your request, and try to get your concerns addressed. Rest assured, once you submit your return request, you will remain eligible for the refund even if the process takes longer than five days. The return and refund under the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee is subject to the car meeting the criteria stipulated in the Terms & Conditions.
- If you still decide to move ahead with the return request, you will be requested to drop off your car at the nearest hub/workshop.
- Our team members will conduct an inspection of the car to make sure that it has not suffered any accident, and/or has not gone through any maintenance, repair, parts replacement work after the sale.
- Once we verify that the car is in the same condition as when you received it, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7-9 business days from car return approval.
Note:
In order for your purchased Spinny Assured car to be eligible under the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee, the fair usage policy requires the below listed conditions to hold true at the time of placing a return request:
- A return request must be placed within the first 5 days from the date of delivery of the car. Kindly note that during this period, the car must not have run more than 300 KMs in order to be eligible under the 5-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Car must not have been subjected to any external maintenance, repair and/or parts replacement work , any type of damage including flooding, scratches/dents, any type of accident during the validity period of the money back guarantee.
