When will I receive the RTO receipt?

Once the RTO receipt or e-receipt of your second hand car is generated by the RTO, the receipt will be available to download in the Account section of Spinny website/App - https://www.spinny.com/account/

Please note that we initiate the RC transfer process only after the return period (5 days post-delivery of the car) gets over. Also, not all RTO offices provide RTO receipts in India. If you have any queries or concerns, you can raise a request through the Account section of Spinny website/App.

Once RTO receipt is generated, please initiate the insurance transfer process to ensure a smooth ownership transfer.
