Dear [Spinny Cars / Service Manager],
I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent delivery &service experience at your Spinny dealership & Spinny assured car services.
While I appreciate the efforts of your team, I am disappointed with the overall experience due to:
Delay in service completion beyond the committed timeline for 1st time & also 2nd time in your car service centers mentioned above.
Multiple issues not being resolved during the first service attempt, which required additional follow-ups and visits & same with the second service.
Lack of proactive communication regarding delays and pending fixes.
As a customer, I expect timely delivery and thorough resolution of reported concerns in a single visit wherever possible. The repeated visits have caused inconvenience and impacted my schedule. And i have purchased the car on 1st Feb 2026 and hardly 1 week the car was with me & rest all weeks its in Spinny garage for inspection on complatint raised & also they promised that in case the car was not delivered in speculated time Rs 300 per day would be provided & i haven't even got that money yet & now the car was picked for 2nd time & its week time & still the no proper update. And i get call by 6:00PM or 6:30 PM with same update still under inspection. They force so much to pick the cat within 3 days of booking. But after delivery all this delay & dramas happening with Spinny.
I request that:
A detailed review of the service performed be conducted. Very disappointed.
All pending issues be resolved completely at the earliest.
Improved communication and quality checks be ensured before vehicle delivery.
I hope you will take this feedback constructively and work towards improving the customer experience. I look forward to your prompt response and a proper resolution.

Dear Spinny Escalation Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my unresolved FASTag refund issue, which has been pending for over a week despite multiple follow-ups.
Key Details:
• Car sold via Spinny: 25 January 2026 Vehicle Reg No: MH05 CV 5633]
• FASTag closed: 29 January 2026 ,FASTag Closure proof attached
• Balance due: RS 2000/-
• Prior communications:
screenshots attached]; no resolution as of today
This delay violates standard post-sale FASTag closure timelines, causing financial inconvenience. I request:
1. Immediate processing and crediting of the balance to my registered account/bank.
2. Written confirmation of action taken within 48 hours.
3. Escalation to a senior manager if not resolved by then.
Plz note : - There is no delay from my end in or to closure of Fastag

I took a car in Spinny on 7th feb 2026 and after 2nd I had issue in the after raising concern problem not solved and last week the car got down on the way
Spinny took care took the car from highway to workshop and still it is in the workshop not able solve the issue please advise me whom should I contact

I sold a car on 4th june. within 2 hours, because of emotional connect, i wanted my car back. I followed the car, while car drop and asked for the car back. But, they denied to give back my car. Spinny does not have any emotions. Their support people are complete waste. They do not understand a simple query. They are saying buy my own car from them for more price. Spinny is full of liars. Dont sell/buy cars there.
