It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect into your account. We'd request you to wait for a few more days if it has been less than 5 days since your refund was processed, otherwise please raise a ticket by following these steps -
- Visit the account section on your Spinny App
- Login using your registered mobile number. Skip this step if you're already logged in
- From the available options select "I have a query regarding car booking"
- From the available options select "I haven't received my refund"
Once you've completed the above steps, a ticket regarding your query will be created and you will be hearing from us within the next 24 hours.

Very poor post sales support....even within 5 days for small issue....all experience manager are just Post man...or can say telecaller...they don't know anything
These guys are telling me to check my bank statement.
I haven't received any refund till date its been 6- 7 days
