It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect into your bank account. We'd request you to wait for a few more days if it has been less than 5 days since your refund was processed, otherwise please raise a ticket by following these steps -
- Visit the account section on the Spinny website/App: https://www.spinny.com/account/
- Login using your registered mobile number. Skip this step if you're already logged in
- From the available options select "I have a query regarding car booking"
- From the available options select "I haven't received my refund"
Once you've completed the above steps, a ticket regarding your query will be created and you will be hearing from us within the next 24 hours.

Very poor post sales support....even within 5 days for small issue....all experience manager are just Post man...or can say telecaller...they don't know anything
These guys are telling me to check my bank statement.

Dear Spinny Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent car inspection experience I had with Spinny. Your service completely failed to match the policies and standards you advertise.
Specifically, I am highly disappointed by the following issues:
Breach of Inspection Policy: Your policy clearly states that a Spinny agent will visit the customer's location to inspect the vehicle. Instead, I was forced to drive 100 km to one of your locations just to get the inspection done.
Unacceptable Agent Behavior: After making me travel this massive distance, the agent who inspected my car was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive.
Unfair Valuation: Following the poor experience, I was offered an incredibly low, worst-market value for my car that does not reflect its actual condition.
I chose Spinny expecting a hassle-free, professional, and convenient process, but this experience has been entirely the opposite. I request that management reviews this incident immediately, looks into the behavior of the agent involved, and provides a fair, revised valuation for my vehicle.I will file a fraud case against spinny i will go to court anf i want my petrol and toll tax money which i paid to reach the location where your agent called me.
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
